Family discount benefits: Discounts may be available when more than one family member or group of people living at the same address are registered at the practice and all payments are made under one direct debit. The following discounts apply:

10% for three group members

Do I need to be dentally fit to join a plan?
With Denplan Essentials, you do not need to be dentally fit to benefit from one of our care packages. Our plans are designed for everybody who wishes to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered.

Tailored Pricing: Your monthly fee is set by your dentist based on the amount of care you are likely to need, ensuring you only pay for what is right for you.
Preventive and Restorative Care: The plan covers a wide range of treatments, from regular check-ups to necessary fillings and even root canal treatment (where offered).
Easy Budgeting: You can spread the cost of your private dental care across manageable monthly payments, helping you avoid large, unexpected bills for routine and restorative work.
Comprehensive Coverage: Unlike basic plans, Denplan Care includes necessary fillings, extractions, and major restorative care such as crowns, bridges, and dentures (excluding laboratory fees).
Focus on Long-term Health: Regular check-ups and hygiene treatments, like scaling and polishing, are included to help catch problems early and maintain your oral health.
Expert Advice: You will have ongoing access to preventive dental advice from our practice team to help you look after your teeth and gums between visits.
Optional Worldwide Cover: For just 60p per person per month, you can add Denplan Dental Emergency and Injury Cover. This includes 24-hour worldwide emergency assistance and cover for temporary emergency treatment when you are away from home.
Mouth Cancer Cover: The optional emergency cover also includes mouth cancer cover, providing up to £12,500 towards a course of treatment and a one-off payment of £2,500 upon diagnosis.

What is not covered by Denplan Care?
Certain items are not included, such as laboratory fees and prescriptions, orthodontics, implants, cosmetic treatments, and sedation fees. Referral to a specialist or treatment carried out by someone other than our registered practice team is also excluded.
How do I join?
Your dentist will carry out a dental assessment to determine your oral health needs and set your monthly fee. A one-off registration fee of £15 per person may apply when you join.
When does my cover start?
Your start date will be agreed upon with our practice team and will always be the first day of a month.
