What should I do in an emergency?

Call us on 01473 257 379. During the opening hours, we will always endeavour to fit you in on the day. After hours, during weekends, or on public holidays we will have information to help you contact one of our dentists or an alternative emergency rota.

What will happen in case of a missed appointment?

Short notice cancellation is considered to be less than 48 hours from your appointment or two full working days, whichever is the longest.

We do not usually work on Saturdays, so for the sake of clarity, we do not count Saturdays as working days. For example, a cancellation for a Monday morning 9 am appointment must be notified to us by Thursday 9 am before the weekend.

Similarly, cancellations on Tuesday after a Monday bank holiday must be notified with two full working days’ notice, usually the previous Thursday before the bank holiday.
